The Plourde Team was founded by Shannon Plourde in 1992 with a mission to connect people with homes while fostering strong, lasting relationships within the Twin Cities community. Shannon Plourde

Team Owner/Realtor®

Shannon’s real estate career began in 1992, as a 3rd generation realtor. In 2004, she founded Keller Williams Integrity Lakes, the first KW office in Hennepin County. With thousands of transactions, industry relationships, and extensive coaching experience, Shannon is a true expert in her field.In her spare time, Shannon is an avid hockey player, high school softball coach and pickle ball enthusiast!
Jennifer Plourde

Jennifer has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. Jennifer's experience includes a role as Director of Sales for a custom builder, managing and growing one of the top teams at another local brokerage, and now managing the marketing and finances of The Plourde Team. When Jen isn’t in the office, she is working as a studio artist at the Northrup King Building.
Maia Poling

Maia’s journey to real estate is built on a foundation of diverse experiences and a passion for helping others. Maia came to real estate with 19 years in the education field, first as a teacher and then almost a decade as a school Principal. In recent years, Maia has focused on home design and remodeling. These skills, combined with her love for connecting with people, allow her to guide clients with care and expertise.

Claire began her professional career in healthcare administration, where she developed her leadership skills and passion for delivering the best customer experience. Buyers and sellers will appreciate her calm and confident approach, positivity, and problem-solving skills. Outside of real estate, Claire loves to do yoga, garden, read, and enjoy new experiences with her daughter.
